Getahead Festival goes virtual! As we all rapidly readapt to working remotely, managing our mental health and wellbeing is more important than ever before. Social isolation takes its toll on us all and it’s vital we take time to create a little balance in our lives during this period of prolonged relocation. As isolation begins to feel more normal, it’s more important than ever to continue looking after your mental health and we’re here to help.

Talks and classes will be running throughout the day, so you can join us for the entire day or drop in for specific sessions. Busy on the 17th?
