What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All our deliveries are sent with proof of posting and damage insurance. Packaging is discreet and you will be notified when the parcel is dispatched.

Do You Ship Internationally?

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3 pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock. In exceptional cases, we might ask you to wait a couple of days more for the goods to be dispatched, but you will be notified in case this happens.

How Much Does Shiping Cost?

The delivery options are as follows:
Standard Tracked £3.90 Delivery 2 – 3 Working days.
First Class Tracked £4.40 Delivery 1 – 2 Working day.
Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed £7.25 Delivery Next Day Guaranteed Before 1 pm.

How do I place an Order?

Click on the product that you are interested in. Choose a size of the product. In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the “x” on the right.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may return the goods purchased from us within 30 days of receipt, unopened and sealed. We cannot accept opened items due to the nature of the products we sell.

To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

According to the UK and European law, we will resend or refund any damaged or expired goods received by our customer from us within 30 days after receiving the package.
